Kale Smoothie Ice Cream Blocks


 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries (sub any frozen berries of your choosing)
  • ¼ cup baby kale
  • 1 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 3 tbsp Comvita Manuka honey
  • ½ cup milk of your choice

DIRECTIONS

Blend in a blender until smooth and creamy. Pour into iceblock mould and freeze overnight.

Makes 6-7 ice blocks (depending on mould size and shape)
